1 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the bdt77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdt77 operates a strict 21+ policy across all services including casino games, sports betting, and promotional participation.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must not already hold an existing bdt77 account. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been suspended from the bdt77 platform.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.

bdt77 reserves the right to request documentation to verify any aspect of your registration information at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and/or withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

2 Account Management

Each registered member is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their bdt77 account credentials. The following rules govern account management across the platform:

• Account Security: You must not share your username, password, or any account access credentials with any third party. bdt77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one bdt77 account. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts without refund.
• Account Accuracy: If any of your registered details change (such as your mobile number, email address, or payment method), you must update your account information promptly. bdt77 cannot be held responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.
• Account Inactivity: An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. bdt77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your bdt77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending wagering requirements attached to bonus balances must be addressed before a withdrawal can be processed at the point of closure.

3 Deposits & Payments

bdt77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of deposited funds.
• bdt77 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits from our side. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which bdt77 accepts no responsibility.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are processed in real time and are credited to your bdt77 account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment network.
• bdt77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms.
• All deposited funds are held in trust for gaming purposes only. Deposits may not be made purely for the purpose of holding funds on the platform and subsequently withdrawing without any gaming activity.

4 Withdrawals

bdt77 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly for all verified account holders. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Verification Requirement: All accounts must complete identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent financial crime and is a standard industry practice.
• Wagering Requirements: Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review.
• Fees: bdt77 does not impose any fees on withdrawal transactions from the platform side. The amount you withdraw is the amount delivered to your nominated payment method.
• Right to Review: bdt77 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to five (5) business days where a transaction is flagged for security review. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to such a review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdt77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Welcome Bonus: New members may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 upon making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Eligibility is determined at the time of first deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses credited to a bdt77 account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Games that do not contribute to wagering requirements will be indicated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: bdt77 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, or using a bonus in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gaming, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Modification: bdt77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not apply retrospectively to bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity undertaken on the bdt77 platform, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and crash-style games:

• Bet Acceptance: bdt77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its discretion, particularly where the stake is disproportionate to a player's typical wagering history or where system errors are suspected.
• Odds and Pricing: All betting odds are subject to change until the moment a wager is confirmed and recorded in your bet history. Once confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked in for that wager.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error in the display of odds or game outcomes, bdt77 reserves the right to void affected wagers. Any winnings derived from an obvious error will not be paid out.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are subject to the specific sport rules published in the sportsbook section. Markets settled in error will be corrected and affected bets will be voided or resettled.
• RNG Games: All slot and table games powered by certified RNG technology produce outcomes that are entirely random and independent of previous results. bdt77 does not and cannot influence the outcome of any RNG game.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are subject to the physical outcome of the event as determined by the dealer and studio. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the studio provider's recorded feed constitutes the definitive record.

7 Responsible Gaming

bdt77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a chosen period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum continuous playing session duration. The platform will alert you when your session limit approaches and will log you out automatically if the limit is reached.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdt77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point in your account lifecycle.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one bdt77 account simultaneously or sequentially after a previous account has been closed for a terms violation.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information during live dealer games or coordinating wagers to exploit market inefficiencies.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, play games, or interact with the platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.

• Conducting chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith after gaming activity has taken place on deposited funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdt77 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the bdt77 platform — including but not limited to the bdt77 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdt77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bdt77 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any portion of the platform content without express written permission from bdt77.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform.
• Using the bdt77 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context, advertising, or social media profile without written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on any bdt77 content or game assets.

Game content supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing arrangements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt77 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the bdt77 platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond bdt77's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications network disruptions in Bangladesh or elsewhere.
• Loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional copy, where that information contained typographical errors or was temporarily inaccurate due to a technical fault.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even where bdt77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bdt77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. bdt77's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the preceding thirty (30) days.

11 Privacy & Data

bdt77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document. Key data practices include:

• All personal data collected during registration and account use is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL technology and is stored on secured servers.
• bdt77 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data and gaming history may be retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Deletion requests are subject to bdt77's legal data retention obligations.
• By registering on bdt77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by requesting account closure, subject to the data retention conditions described above.

12 Account Termination

bdt77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable time frame.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false information during or after registration.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months following the dormancy notification period.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement.

Upon termination for cause, bdt77 may withhold any remaining account balance pending a full investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately held, they will be returned to the player's registered payment method within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the review, subject to legal holds. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination for cause in all circumstances.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact [email protected]. Voluntary closures are processed within two (2) business days and any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the registered withdrawal method.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bdt77 platform. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bdt77 platform, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Contact the bdt77 support team at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
2. Internal Review: bdt77 will conduct an internal review of all documented disputes and provide a formal written response within five (5) business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter by requesting a senior review. bdt77 will provide a final internal position within a further ten (10) business days.

Both parties agree to make reasonable and good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute through this internal process before pursuing any other form of remedy. bdt77 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will not penalise any player for raising a legitimate complaint through the correct channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bdt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process governs how amendments are communicated and take effect:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered members via their registered contact details (email or mobile notification) with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.
• Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.
• The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force.
• Continued use of the bdt77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.
• Previous versions of these Terms are archived and available upon written request submitted to [email protected].
